Inlander’s annual Restaurant Week returns Feb. 22 through March 3. The 10-day event features more than 100 restaurants, three courses and a set price. This year three Coeur d’Alene Casino restaurants will be participating. Chinook Steak, Pasta & Spirits will feature a Northwest salad, elk burger and huckleberries and crème for $31. Red Tail Bar & Grill will offer Mediterranean flat bread, a Palouse burger with fries and a fry bread sundae for $21.
