September 7th, 2025 | 7:30 registration, 8pm ride start, 11-11:30 pm ride finish at East portal where you will then be transported up to the Parking lot via our shuttle bus. Yes we actually drive you thru the long St. Paul Pass AKA Taft Tunnel to finish.
Location
Hiawatha Bike Trail East Portal Parking Lot. Take I-90 to Exit 5 Taft, MT and then 2 miles up the Route 506 where you will make a left into the East Portal Parking Lot for the Hiawatha Scenic Bike Trail.
Fees/Admission
Cost $40 for Hiawatha Trail Pass, Guide fee and Return shuttle from bottom of trail (Pearson) back up to where you parked your car at East Portal. Additional fees charged to Rent bikes, Lights etc. More details on our website: https://www.RideTheHiawatha.com

FULL MOON NIGHT RIDE ON THE HIAWATHA on September 7, 2025! Join us for a Very Unique Experience on the Famed Route of the Hiawatha - Scenic Bike Trail. 15 mile all downhill ride where you will pass thru 9 dark tunnels and cross 7 Sky High steel RR trestles on this historic Rails-to-Trails Hall of Fame Trail.
RESERVATIONS Required for all our Full Moon Night Rides.

This event is best enjoyed with a group of friends. Available only to those ages 14 & up.
Costs start at $40 for the guided Ride and Shuttle bus ride back to the start at East Portal Parking lot in Taft, MT from the bottom of the trail (Pearson, ID) after your ride!
Easy to get to as Taft, MT is about 1 hr and 10 minutes from CDA, ID. Take I-90 past Lookout Pass Ski Area and then get off at Taft , MT Exit 5 (just 5 miles on I-90 into MT.) From there it is just a 2 mile drive up Route 506 to the East Portal and the start of the nights activities. More details directions available on the Hiawatha Website: www.RideTheHiawatha.com
