Christine Carbo is the author of The Wild Inside and Mortal Fall (Atria Books/Simon and Schuster). After earning a pilot’s license, pursuing various adventures in Norway, and working a brief stint as a flight attendant, she got an MA in English and linguistics and taught college-level courses.
