DESCRIPTION:The Traditional Cut and Rolled sushi class is a 2 hour experience that starts off talking about the tools and tricks of the trade. After covering the basics\, We will dive into the origins of sushi and roll our way to the modern day touching on sashimi\, nigiri\, hosomaki (traditional rolls)\, and uramaki (specialty rolls). Each participant will roll 3 rolls and pair each one with a different type of sake. We also go over the background of sake and tasting notes of each. It will be a fantastic night of fun\, Seats are limited and will go quickly!
