Gentlemen suit up (yes that means suit\, not jeans) and grab your fancy tie and watch. Plan to keep the blazer on\, but make it fun with your favorite socks or pocket square. To all\, err on the side of formal - as there is no way to OVER dress for Elevate\, you'll just make everyone else around you look UNDER dressed!
